3. Project Agreement

All projects begin after a mutual agreement on scope, timeline, and payment terms
Any changes to the original project scope may result in additional charges and revised timelines
BizzNX reserves the right to decline any project request at its discretion

4. Payment Terms

A deposit or milestone payment is required before project work begins
Remaining payments are due as per the agreed milestone schedule
BizzNX reserves the right to pause or stop work if payments are delayed without prior communication
All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide all required content, assets, credentials, and feedback in a timely manner
Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe
Ensure all provided content does not violate any copyright or intellectual property laws
BizzNX is not responsible for delays caused by late client responses or missing information

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final delivered project
BizzNX retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing
Any third-party assets, plugins, themes, or stock images used in the project are subject to their respective licensing agreements

7. Confidentiality

BizzNX treats all client information, business details, and project data with complete confidentiality
We do not share, sell, or disclose any client information to third parties without explicit consent
Clients may request an NDA before project commencement for additional legal protection

8. Revisions & Modifications

Revision allowances are agreed upon before project commencement
Excessive revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges
Major scope changes requested after development has begun will be treated as new additions

9. Limitation of Liability

BizzNX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question
BizzNX is not responsible for third-party platform changes (Shopify, WordPress updates) that may affect delivered projects after handover

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the project agreement with written notice
In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date
BizzNX reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of abusive behavior or violation of these terms

11. Third-Party Services

BizzNX may recommend or integrate third-party tools, plugins, or platforms as part of project delivery
BizzNX is not responsible for the performance, pricing changes, or discontinuation of any third-party services

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international business laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation in good faith.

13. Changes to Terms

BizzNX reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
